Due to packaging requirements, we have a minimum order of 4 clay items per checkout. Our smallest boxes fit 4-6 clays.

Important: Any CLAY orders with only one item will be automatically refunded.

Shipping & Handling

Our dolls are made of clay and are fragile items. While shipping and handling is out of our control, we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery.

Our packaging process:

Each doll is carefully wrapped in bubble wrap

If damage occurs during shipping:

Detached parts (arms, legs, bows) can be easily reattached with strong glue
Please contact us immediately if you receive a damaged item
